Permits belong to the property owner, and seven Northwest Arkansas cities ask for one: Bella Vista, Bentonville, Gravette, Gentry, Lincoln, Prairie Grove and Tontitown. Thomas Fence does not pull permits, but the office will walk you through your city’s process.
