COMMERCIAL FENCING · SPRINGDALE & NORTHWEST ARKANSAS

Commercial fencing and gates for Northwest Arkansas businesses, yards and public sites

Security chain link, R-panel yards, ornamental steel and automated gates, installed by a licensed Springdale contractor who is also a registered US Federal Contractor.

Chapter 01

What a commercial perimeter has to survive

A commercial fence has a different job than a backyard one. It has to stop people, take daily truck traffic past it and still look right at the entrance. Chain link is the most common answer for perimeter security across Northwest Arkansas. Thomas Fence installs galvanized chain link in standard and high-security specifications, and commercial and industrial runs call for heavier 9 gauge fabric and larger posts than a residential 11 or 11.5 gauge fence.

Where security carries a barbed arm, as it does on the galvanized perimeter we built around a Bentonville water tower, the posts and the line have to be set right the first time. Every post goes in concrete, and the crew calls 811 before any digging.

Curb appeal still counts on the building side. Commercial vinyl gives a business a clean face with almost no upkeep. Ornamental steel suits entrances, ballparks and any place that needs both strength and a professional look.

R-panel yards, pivot gates and one contractor for the whole line

Metal R-panel fencing is the industrial option, popular for storage facilities and equipment yards. It reads clean and modern, needs little upkeep, and Thomas Fence installs metal panel systems for commercial clients throughout Northwest Arkansas, including the white R-panel run we built in Lowell.

The gate is where a yard succeeds or fails. We hang cantilever and pivot security gates, including the black vertical pivot gate at a Centerton self-storage entrance, and CGAT certification covers the operators, keypads and access control that run them. Warehouses, distribution centers and multi-tenant properties get the fence, the gate and the automation from one contractor.

That one-contractor setup matters on a job site. One licensed firm owns the schedule, the 811 locate and the warranty, so nobody is passing the problem to a second company when a gate sags or an operator needs adjusting.

Chapter 03

Licensed for private jobs and for public bids

Thomas Fence holds Arkansas Contractor's License No. 0155010427, is bonded and insured, and carries a US Federal Contractor Registration. That registration is what qualifies a firm to bid on government and public fencing work. The customer list Thomas Fence publishes includes Arkansas DOT, Arkansas Game and Fish, Fayetteville Public Schools, NWACC, the City of Springdale, the City of Rogers, Nabholz, Crossland Construction and Flintco.

The process is the same one homeowners get. An estimator evaluates the property, you sign a contract, and the job is typically on the schedule within 1 to 3 weeks. Standard commercial installs usually carry no deposit. Special order materials and custom metal work on larger jobs can.

Every commercial installation carries a written 1-year workmanship warranty, backed by commercial-grade materials from reputable manufacturers, many of which carry their own product warranties as well.
