TEMPORARY FENCES · SPRINGDALE & NORTHWEST ARKANSAS

Temporary panel and chain link fence for Northwest Arkansas job sites, events and crowd control

Freestanding panels and driven-post chain link, delivered, installed and taken back out by the crew at Thomas Fence in Springdale.

Chapter 01

Picking the barrier that fits the job

A temporary fence fails when it is the wrong system for the site. Freestanding panels are the fastest way to close off a construction site, event venue or any property that needs short-term access control. There are no permanent posts and no digging, so they suit a perimeter that has to be up now and gone soon.

Some jobs need more than a panel. For a larger commercial site, utility work or a long construction run, Thomas Fence sets temporary chain link on driven posts, a sturdier barrier than panels give you. The same chain link is what the crew uses for crowd control and restricted zones at events.

How the fence goes in and comes back out

It starts with a call to (479) 636-4732. Give us the site location, the size of the perimeter and how long you need the fence, and we quote you quickly. You accept by phone, email or through your project manager, and a contract goes out for signature before delivery is scheduled.

Delivery and installation are timed to your project schedule. Panel systems need no concrete and no deep footings, so temporary fence can often go in faster than a permanent one. Where chain link posts are driven, the 811 call comes first, the same as on every Thomas Fence job.

When the work is done, call and we schedule the removal and pickup. One contractor puts the fence up and takes it down.

Chapter 03

Permits, paperwork and who stands behind the work

Permit rules for temporary fence change by city and by project type. Many short-term installs do not need one. Construction sites and longer jobs may. Thomas Fence does not pull permits, and responsibility rests with the property owner or the contractor of record, so check with your city before the fence is ordered.

Thomas Fence holds Arkansas Contractor's License No. 0155010427, is an AFA Certified Fence Contractor, and is a registered US Federal Contractor, so commercial, industrial and government sites in Springdale, Bentonville, Rogers, Fayetteville, Bella Vista and Siloam Springs are all in scope. A written 1-year workmanship warranty covers temporary fence work too.
