We stand behind every fence we build, with careful installation and quality products. We want you to be satisfied with your fence right out of the gate.
Two different warranties apply to a new fence, and they cover different things. One is ours. The other comes from the manufacturer.
One year, from Thomas Fence
1-year workmanship warranty
Thomas Fence gives a 1-year workmanship warranty on every fence installation. Installation issues, from loose pickets to misaligned posts, are fixed at no extra charge.
The warranty is included in every written contract and delivered to you at the final walkthrough. Our confidence in it reflects our confidence in the crew behind it.
If something is wrong with the way your fence was installed within one year of completion, we come back and fix it. No runaround.

It covers the quality of our installation work for one full year.
Separate, from the manufacturer
Product material warranties
Makers of ornamental steel, chain link and vinyl fencing often warranty their own materials against product failure or defects. Ornamental steel panels, for example, carry a lifetime residential warranty from the manufacturer.
Those warranties cover the materials themselves, meaning coatings, hardware and structural integrity. They are separate from the workmanship warranty Thomas Fence gives on the installation. Ask your estimator for the manufacturer warranty terms on the products you are considering.
