Estimate first, financing second
The order that works best is the estimate first and the financing second. A Thomas Fence estimator measures the line on site, talks through materials and gives you a written price. That price is the number you take to Hearth, so you are financing the real project and not a guess.

No deposit is required on standard residential work, so nothing is due before the crew arrives. The exceptions are special order materials and custom metal work, and your estimator tells you in writing if your project is one of them. Work starts one to three weeks after you accept the estimate, which leaves time for a Hearth application to be approved and funded. A typical residential fence takes two to three business days to install.
Every fence, financed or not, carries a one year craftsmanship warranty in writing.
Paying by card instead
Thomas Fence accepts credit cards with a 3.5 percent processing fee. There is no cash discount and no veteran's discount. We say that plainly so nobody is surprised at the end.

Your written estimate comes first. When you are ready to apply, your estimator gives you the Hearth application QR code. Questions before that? Call the office or send a request and we follow up, usually within one business day.
